Jawdat J. Yaghmour

Mr. Yaghmour has over 40 years of rigorous experience in the execution of mega infrastructure projects, project management, design, supervision, and value engineering, including more than 25 years in various dispute resolution cases related to construction contracts, arbitration, mediation, and adjudication. Mr. Yaghmour’s experience covers consulting, design and supervision services, managing contracts, claims and statement of defense case preparation. His experience is recognized globally as the Head of the Arab Association for Engineering Arbitration, Executive Committee member at Jordan Arbitrators Society and the International Chamber of Commerce–ICC Jordan, Member at CRICA, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators CIArb–Cairo Branch, National Academy of Dispute Resolution–NADR UK, Dispute Resolution Board Foundation–USA, and Arab Society for Intellectual Property (ASIP). He is well recognized name in the engineering consultancy industry and leads of Jordan’s main consulting Firms, ACE.
Izzat Sajdi

Mr. Sajdi has over 40 years of experience in engineering projects. He leads one of Jordan’s most successful engineering consulting firms, SAJDI . He has extensive experience in construction management, contracts preparation, negotiation and administration. He served as the “Engineer” on hundreds of projects that span 32 countries in Asia, Africa and MENA giving him excellent exposure to various stages of project execution, dealing with Government Agencies and bilateral and multilateral development agencies. He served as the President of the Federation of Consultants from Islamic Counties (FCIC) for 4 years.
Mohamad Said Monir Fatha

Mr. Fatha is a Consultant Engineer, with over 40 years of experience in consultancy engineering, construction management, development management, engineering expertise, claims and dispute resolution (Arbitration and adjudication). He also serves as the General Secretary of the Lebanese Association of Consultant Engineers (LACE), a Member of FIDIC (International federation of Consultant Engineers), Member of the Arabic translation committee of the FIDIC Standard Forms of Contracts. He is a Practicing Arbitrator and Adjudicator at Lebanese Arbitration and Mediation Center, Arbitrator Member at the Federation of Engineering Institutions of Islamic Countries. He is an active Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration- London MCIArb and Member at the Arab Center for Arbitration and the Engineering Experience Center in Saudi Arabia, Vice President of the Arab Association of Engineering Arbitration. He previously served in many positions related to arbitration, including Board Member of the Lebanese Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London) and Board Member of the Arab Chamber of Arbitration in Construction sector.
Emhemmed Abdurrahman Ghula

Mr. Ghula is a Real Estate Development and Investment expert with 30 years of experience in many kinds of development and construction projects. He is a project Management consultant with good expertise in tendering, contracts, construction, and alternative dispute management and resolution. Mr. Ghula’ projects experience covers many countries such as Libya, Egypt, Jordan, UAE, Sudan, Tunisia, Algeria, Italy, Malta, and Morocco. Mr. Ghula has excellent track record in corporate governance. He served as a board member in many international investment companies. He is FIDIC certified as contracts trainer for Libya, a member of Contracts Arabic translation task group. Mr. Ghula is an executive member of the Arab Engineering Arbitration, Board member of DRBF MENA region, and chairman of the Libyan Engineering Arbitration Center. Mr. Ghula has acted as Arbitrator and dispute resolution board member in many international projects.

Mohammad Abu Afifeh

Mr. Abu Afifeh has top expertise in engineering development and training. He is a board member of Arab Operations & Maintenance Council and is the Former General Secretary of Jordan Engineers Association (JEA) overseeing International Relation and Business Development. He also served as the General Director of Engineers Training Center at (JEA). He previously worked in Jordan’s Ministry of Education & Ministry of Public Works. Mr. Abu Afifeh played a leading role in supporting Engineers across the Middle East and Africa to develop their skills and capabilities to international best practice standards in many disciplines including consultation, engineering education, professional certification of engineers , Public Private Partnerships (PPP), governance, strategy, TQM, HSE and Supply Chain Management.
Tahseen Mohammad Saleh
Partner, Civil Engineer
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Kuwait University in 1981, and a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering/Project Management from Kuwait University in 1989, and he holds a certificate as an expert engineer in dam construction.
He worked during the period of his practical experience in various fields in infrastructure projects, roads, bridges, dams, and buildings; and the experiences varied from project execution engineer, supervision engineer, and owner representative engineer. His duties ranged from project engineer to project manager, project manager and deputy general manager (head of Engineers), technical and engineering director in contracting companies. And as a consultant the experience ranged from a resident engineer to being the Engineer on some major and large projects.
He now provides engineering consultancy in the technical fields of civil engineering, in addition to consultancy in local and international construction contracts. He is also preparing claims, evaluating and responding to other claims, in addition to participating in many arbitration cases.
Mr. Tahseen has participated in more than 25 arbitration cases, whether as the president of the arbitral tribunal, or as a member of the tribunal, prepared more than 25 claims and provided contractual consultancies’ services in more than fifty contracts.
He conducted more than thirty training courses and attended more than sixty training courses, conferences and workshops.
Eng. Tahseen was and still is a member of local, regional, Arab and international professional and technical bodies and institutions, including:
- Kuwait Society of Engineers, Dec 1981, # 5677.
- Jordanian Engineers Association, Jan 1982, # 3394 “Currently the head of the Liaising Committee of Jordanian Engineers in Qatar.”
