He is a project Management consultant with good expertise in tendering, contracts, construction, and alternative dispute management and resolution. Mr. Ghula’ projects experience covers many countries such as Libya, Egypt, Jordan, UAE, Sudan, Tunisia, Algeria, Italy, Malta, and Morocco. Mr. Ghula has excellent track record in corporate governance. He served as a board member in many international investment companies. He is FIDIC certified as contracts trainer for Libya, a member of Contracts Arabic translation task group. Mr. Ghula is an executive member of the Arab Engineering Arbitration, Board member of DRBF MENA region, and chairman of the Libyan Engineering Arbitration Center. Mr. Ghula has acted as Arbitrator and dispute resolution board member in many international projects.
